Hi. I'm Charlotte, a mother, clinical hypnotherapist, passionate antenatal educator, and fierce mama-wellbeing advocate. Through Hypnobirthing classes, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness, I help people to journey through the highs and lows of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood with calm, confidence, self-belief, and true resilience.

The Poppy & Jack journey started when I was pregnant with my son and realised the benefits of Hypnobirthing. The course I attended transformed my anxiety and self-doubts about birth into positivity and self-trust. I felt empowered by the experience and became increasingly concerned by the fact that in our society, most women and parents lack the support they truly deserve.

Poppy & Jack Hypnobirthing & Mama Wellbeing was born after a corporate career as an Event Planner. I understand what it means to navigate pregnancy in a fast-paced world and to balance a demanding workload with parenthood while trying to protect your mental health.

My approach to Hypnobirthing is very logical and down-to-earth. The information I provide is always evidence-based, and the techniques I teach have proven to make a difference whatever your birth preferences are, and particularly if your journey is not exactly the one you had initially hoped for.

Through Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, I help expectant and new parents overcome challenges such as anxiety, low mood and depression, low confidence and low self-esteem, anger management, OCD, phobias, and more. I also specialise in trauma resolution, including birth trauma, using a combination of talking therapy, Hypnotherapy, and NLP.
